The Hangzhou Xiao-long-bao next to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is quite famous. Eight of them sell 150, compared with 210 yuan of Ding Taifeng’s 10 cages, which is actually about the same price. However, if the environment of the restaurant and the exquisiteness of the decoration are compared, the well-known international Ding Taifeng is certainly slightly better.
As for the taste and flavor of Xiaolongbao, the hackers have their own supportive stores. The dough of Hangzhou Xiaolongbao should be made with old noodles. The taste should be different from that of Ding Taifeng. In terms of filling, Hangzhou Xiao-long-bao seems to have more stuffing and heavier taste. Ding Taifeng seems better with the healthy route.
